JSP Artworks is operated by Stuart Parkinson, one of seven artists in the newly created Artspace Studios and Gallery, Southwell, Notts. Artspace aims to help further the careers of emerging artists and to develop their links with the local community.  The Catalyst Programme is a funding programme which has been set up to distribute small 100% grants to local communities in the East Midlands.  Created in 1957, the European Social Fund is the EU's main source of financial support for efforts to develop employability and human resources. It helps Member States combat unemployment, prevent people from dropping out of the labour market, and promote training to make Europe's workforce and companies better equipped to face new, global challenges.  |
